These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rank Faster SEO’s website and services (“Services”). By using our site, requesting a proposal, or purchasing any SEO plan from Rank Faster SEO (“RFS”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms.

If you sign a separate SEO Service Agreement, that agreement controls any conflict with these Terms.

When you complete a Stripe checkout and select a specific Package Name (e.g. “Foundation SEO Plan”, “Local Starter Plan”, “Growth Builder Plan”, or “Market Dominator Plan”), you are agreeing to the terms associated with that package below.

1. Services

Rank Faster SEO provides search engine optimization services to contractors and trades, including but not limited to:

- Website creation and optimization

- Google Business Profile setup and optimization

- On‑page and technical SEO

- Content creation (service pages, blog posts, press releases)

- Call and lead tracking

- Reporting on rankings, calls, and form submissions

The exact scope for each client depends on the Package purchased (see Section 2).

We do not sell individual leads. We improve your visibility and rankings in Google Maps and Google Search for agreed, relevant industry keywords within your service areas.

2. Packages, Scope, and Guarantee Window

When you purchase through Stripe, you select a Package by name. That Package determines your scope and guarantee window.

2.1 Foundation SEO Plan

Intended for: Lower‑ticket but recurring trades and earlier‑stage businesses who want a foundational Google presence.

Scope (baseline):

- Up to 3 primary locations (city/area) actively targeted

- Up to 3 core services New website and basic on‑page optimization

- Google Business Profile setup/cleanup and optimization

- Light ongoing content and SEO maintenance

Guarantee Window: Up to 180 days after website delivery.

2.2 Local Starter Plan

Intended for: Contractors who want a serious Google presence in their main area and core services.

Scope (baseline):

- Up to 5 locations actively targeted (cities/towns)

- Up to 5 priority services actively pushed with SEO

- Website build/rebuild and full on‑page optimization

- Google Business Profile optimization

- Ongoing blog content targeting your core services/locations

- Lead tracking and monthly reporting

Guarantee Window: 90 days after website delivery.

2.3 Growth Builder Plan

Intended for: Contractors ready to scale coverage and systemize follow‑up.

Scope (baseline):

- Up to 10 locations actively targeted

- Up to 10 priority services actively pushed with SEO

- Everything in Local Starter, plus:CRM setup and management so every lead is tracked

- AI review engine to request and follow up on reviews

- Higher blog cadence (e.g. around 1 post per week)Periodic press releases to build authority and links

Guarantee Window: 90 days after website delivery.

2.4 Market Dominator Plan

Intended for: Contractors who want to own their entire metro across many services.

Scope (baseline):

- Up to 20 locations actively targeted

- Up to 20 priority services actively pushed with SEO

- Everything in Growth Builder, plus:Higher‑volume contentMore frequent authority‑building campaigns (e.g. monthly press releases)

Guarantee Window: 90 days after website delivery.

Important:
The specific Monthly Fee for your Package is the amount displayed on your Stripe checkout and/or written Service Agreement at the time of purchase.

Here’s the updated Section 3 with the 50‑mile radius baked in, matching your contract language:

3. Top‑3 Ranking Guarantee (By Package)

For all Packages listed above, we offer a written Top‑3 Guarantee, with timelines and scope that vary by Package.

General structure:

-We build or rebuild your website and begin SEO work.

-Once we deliver your new site (“Website Delivery Date”), the Guarantee Window for your Package starts (e.g., 90 days for Local Starter / Growth Builder / Market Dominator, up to 180 days for Foundation).

-Within that Guarantee Window, we will get you ranked in the Top 3 on Google Maps or Google Search for at least one agreed‑upon core keyword phrase related to your business within a fifty (50) mile radius of the city associated with your Google Business Profile at the time of GBP creation, as long as you meet your obligations (Section 6).

“Top 3” means positions 1–3 in the organic Google Maps pack or standard search results, excluding sponsored/paid ads.

Agreed‑upon qualifying keyword phrases are automatically built from any one or combination of:

Your services (e.g., “roof repair”, “kitchen remodel”)

Contractor type (e.g., “roofer”, “remodeling contractor”)

Location (e.g., city, county, “near me” within that 50‑mile radius)

Optional modifiers (e.g., “best”, “top”, “professional”)

If we achieve a Top‑3 ranking for any qualifying phrase within that fifty (50) mile service radius around your Google Business Profile location at any point during the Guarantee Window, the guarantee is satisfied.

If we do not achieve a qualifying Top‑3 ranking within the applicable Guarantee Window, and you have fully met your obligations, you may cancel under the guarantee and receive a refund of the Monthly Fees actually paid under that Package.

4. No Guarantee of Leads or Revenue

We guarantee effort and ranking outcome (as defined above), not business performance.

- We do not guarantee a specific number of calls, form fills, appointments, or closed jobs.

- We do not guarantee revenue, profit, or ROI.

Being in the Top 3 significantly improves visibility; what you charge, how you sell, and how you serve customers determines your business results.

5. Term, Renewal, and Billing

All SEO Packages purchased through Stripe are recurring subscriptions with a 12‑month minimum term, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

- Your subscription starts on the Effective Date defined in your Service Agreement or in your onboarding email.

- You authorize RFS (via Stripe or other processor) to automatically charge your card for the Monthly Fee every 30 days.

- During the Initial 12‑month term, you agree to pay all 12 Monthly Fee payments for your selected Package.

After the Initial Term:

- Your plan renews automatically for additional 12‑month periods under the same terms and Monthly Fee, unless you give at least 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

- Written notice must be sent to [email protected].

6. Client Responsibilities (All Packages)

Our ability to deliver and honor the guarantee depends on your cooperation. You agree to:

- Complete all onboarding forms fully and accurately.

- Provide timely access to:

Google Business Profile (manager/admin access)

Website hosting / CMS logins

Any other platforms needed

- Respond to our requests for information or access within 5 business days.

- Follow Google’s policies and avoid misrepresentation or spam.

- Actively request and collect reviews:

At least 5 new positive (4.0+) Google reviews within 60 days of start

Maintain an overall rating of 4.0 or higher on Google

- Not move/change your business address or radically alter your business name/category without consulting us (address changes can reset rankings and may void the guarantee).

- The Client’s Google Business Profile is suspended, under penalty, or requires re-verification at the start of or during the service term due to prior mismanagement, significant changes, or noncompliance with Google’s policies.

- Not remove our access to your Google Business Profile or website during the term.

If you fail to meet these responsibilities, the guarantee and/or any special timelines may be void, and we may treat this as a breach under your agreement.

7. Early Termination and Cancellation

Because SEO is front‑loaded and long‑term, early cancellation fees apply for fixed‑term Packages.

Typical rules (unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement):

- You cannot freely cancel during the Initial 12‑month term.

- If you cancel early, you will owe:

A percentage of the remaining balance (e.g., 50% of remaining Monthly Fees), or

The full remaining balance, if specific breach conditions are triggered (such as removing our access or repeatedly failing to pay).

To cancel:

- You must send written notice to [email protected] with your name, company, and clear intent to cancel.

- Written notice authorizes us to charge any applicable early termination fee to the card on file.

Your exact early termination rules will be defined in your signed Service Agreement or onboarding documentation.

8. No Chargebacks

All payments under any Package are considered final.

By subscribing and providing a payment method, you agree that:

- You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with these Terms and your Package.

- Any concerns or disputes must be addressed directly with Rank Faster SEO via email at [email protected].

Chargebacks filed in violation of these Terms may be treated as a material breach and pursued via collections or legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Rank Faster SEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, lost business, or reputational harm.

- Our total liability under any Package, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total Monthly Fees you paid us for the last three (3) months of services for that Package.

You acknowledge that rankings can fluctuate due to algorithm changes, competition, and factors beyond our control.

10. Service Suspension, Reversal, and Reinstatement

If you fail to pay, breach these Terms, or terminate early:

- We may suspend or terminate Services under your Package.

- Optimizations we implemented (on your site, Google profile, or elsewhere) may be removed or reverted at our discretion.

- Access to any tracking or reporting tools may be revoked.

- We are not obligated to reinstate; if we do, a reinstatement fee may apply and prior rankings are not guaranteed to return.

All proprietary tools, strategies, templates, and methods remain our intellectual property.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rank Faster SEO, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

- Your breach of these Terms or any Service Agreement

- Your misuse or misrepresentation of information

- Your negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of any law or third‑party rights

12. Data Collection and Marketing Use

You agree that:

- We may collect and analyze performance data from your campaigns (e.g., rankings, calls, forms) to operate, improve, and market our Services.

- We may use anonymized or aggregated performance data, screenshots, or case studies for marketing, sales presentations, and training, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We will not disclose your sensitive payment data (e.g., full card numbers) and will follow reasonable security practices.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.

You agree that:

- Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

- You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

- You waive the right to a jury trial in any such dispute.

14. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP, LICENSE, AND POST‑TERM HOSTING

By default, all websites, designs, templates, layouts, content created by Rank Faster SEO (other than your pre‑existing logos, photos, and copy you provide) and all underlying code remain the property of Rank Faster SEO.

While your Package is active and your account is in good standing:

You have a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the website and related assets we create for you solely for your own business.

We host and maintain the site as part of your Package.

If your subscription ends and you do not purchase the site:

Your license to use our site design, code, and proprietary assets ends.

We may take the site offline and are not obligated to keep hosting it.

If you would like to purchase the site outright:

You must have made at least 12 full Monthly Fee payments on your Package and have no past‑due balance.

After that point, you may purchase the website (design, structure, and content we created for you) for a one‑time fee of $2,500.

Once paid, ownership of the website files and content (excluding our internal tools, tracking scripts, and proprietary systems) is transferred to you, and you may host it wherever you choose.

If, after purchasing the site, you would like Rank Faster SEO to continue hosting it:

We can host and maintain the site for a $99/month hosting and maintenance fee, billed monthly.

This hosting fee is separate from any SEO Packages and does not include ongoing SEO work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in this section transfers ownership of Rank Faster SEO’s proprietary tools, processes, internal scripts, or systems, which remain the exclusive property of Rank Faster SEO.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

- We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

- Material changes may be communicated via email or on our website.

Your continued use of our website or Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
